Company / Global Mobility Vision

Building a shared platform for safer transport.

Connecting maintenance data, field operations and partner expertise to support safer, more reliable fleet operations across markets.
Our Purpose

Turning field data into consistent maintenance quality.

Transport safety should not depend on individual experience alone. By connecting work instructions, tightening results and vehicle information, we help create consistent, verifiable maintenance quality across technicians and service locations.
TTMS makes wheel-nut tightening results fully traceable, using the same data to support frontline decisions and continuous process improvement. Our goal is to extend this approach across vehicle maintenance to help prevent incidents and reduce unplanned downtime.
Value Creation

Turning maintenance data into value across fleet operations.

We move beyond isolated work records, transforming service data into an operational asset for process improvement, maintenance decisions and new service design.
01 / QUALITY

Make maintenance quality repeatable

We connect torque, angle, work history and vehicle information to reduce variation across technicians and service locations.

02 / CONNECTIVITY

Connect vehicle, maintenance and sensor data

We structure vehicle, maintenance and sensor data for secure integration with standardized APIs and external systems.

03 / DECISION SUPPORT

Turn data into confident maintenance decisions

We compare each tightening result with established baseline trends and provide technicians and managers with clear, actionable signals.
Projects in Progress

Projects in Progress

From field-proven operations to connected data and predictive maintenance.
PROJECT 01 / THRESHOLD OPERATION

Establish baseline trends and detect early signs of deviation

While keeping tightening torque within the specified range, we compare angle variation against baseline data for each vehicle type. Tiered alerts highlight possible duplicate tightening cycles and deviations from normal trends, helping technicians take action and managers improve the process.

Detection accuracy will continue to improve through field data and ongoing verification of the relationship between tightening angle, torque and clamp load.
PROJECT 02 / DATA INTEROPERABILITY

Connect vehicles and services through a common data architecture

We are evaluating data architecture, authentication and event-based integration to enable interoperability between OEM connected-vehicle systems, maintenance records and external sensors.

Delivering the right information to the right party under appropriate authorization and authentication is the foundation for collaboration across operators, companies and borders.
PROJECT 03 / ROUTE SERVICE NETWORK

Build maintenance into major transport routes

We envision service facilities connected to expressway service areas, parking areas and interchanges, allowing retightening, inspection and preventive maintenance to be completed along the route.

In the future, these multi-service hubs could combine rest facilities, overnight facilities, dining, replacement vehicles and connections to local transport—making better use of both driver rest time and vehicle service time.

Global Partnership

Implement globally, guided by local expertise.

Vehicle specifications, maintenance environments, transport routes and regulations vary by market. Instead of applying a one-size-fits-all model, we combine the expertise of local partners, standardizing what should be common while adapting what must remain local.

Beyond supplying products, we co-develop data architecture, validation methods, operating models and training programs to establish a scalable operating framework that partners can continuously improve.

Our Partner Ecosystem

Roadmap

From service quality to transport infrastructure.

NOW

A data foundation for tightening quality

Manage work instructions, tightening results, result verification and service history as one connected process.
NEXT

Predictive maintenance using multiple data sources

Connect TTMS, TPMS and vehicle sensor data to detect the signals needed for better maintenance decisions.
VISION

A distributed maintenance network

Support en-route service hubs, autonomous vehicles and regional transport through a shared data platform.
Our Goal

Fewer unplanned stops. Safer transport that keeps moving.

Starting with frontline efforts to help prevent wheel-off incidents, we aim to build a maintenance data platform that can be used across companies and markets. We will continue to expand co-creation partnerships across technology, operations and business development.
